Placing An Order

FromUS2EU offers three convenient ways to place an order through our personal shopping service:

What we need from you, regardless of how you request a free quote, is:

• the webshop URL or name
• the item you would like to purchase (model / item number / name of the product)
• the size and / or color options
• quantity
• the country to which you would like us to ship it.

As a personal shopping service, we also offer advice on sizes (US to European) and we offer a search service to find the right price for you.  We accept promotional codes and try to order your items when they are on sale, if time allows.  We also accept orders from multiple webshops and repackage them in a generic box for safe, convenient, and more economical shipping.

Available Around The Clock!

FromUS2EU answers messages and requests for quotes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Each response will include the costs and fees associated with your request, including the product costs, state taxes, shipping from the webshop to our offices, our fees, and shipping costs to your front door.  All of these prices are offered in our clear and concise quote we send to all of our customers.

If the quote is acceptable to you, we can start processing your order as soon as we receive payment for your items through Paypal.com, by credit card through a Google invoice, or a bank transfer to our Bank of America account in the United States.  Orders usually take about two weeks to complete, if you aren’t in a hurry.

However, we offer different shipping options for customers in a rush.  We can place an order for overnight shipping from the webshop and we can ship through DHL or UPS and have your order to you in a matter of a few days for an additional surcharge.  Please let us know how you would like your items shipped so we can get them to you when you need them!
