Before you place an order with us we will provide you with a free quote stating all the domestic and international shipping charges as well as the service fee we charge for every order.
The Service Fee is determined by the total order amount and the level of our involvement.
Personal Shopping Service:
For orders with a total value of $ 400.00 or less:
- Service fee is $ 35.00 / EURO 25.00 per order
- Handling fee is 11.5% of the order total including domestic and international shipping charges

- Service fee is $ 35.00 / EURO 25.00 per box that we ship to you
- Handling fee is 11.5% of international shipping charges ONLY (not over the value of the goods)

We will ship your goods with USPS or UPS.
Your order may be subject to VAT or other applicable import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
FROMUS2EU ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and unfortunately we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
Please note that we CAN NOT ship your item as a “gift”, “repaired item” or “commercial sample”.
