How can I place an order with Fromus2eu.com?

 There are 3 easy ways to request a free quote: 

  • Hit the ‘Get and Estimate’ button on our shopping pages and fill out the requested information
  • Fill out the contact form and let us know what you would like to order
  • Send an email to ellen@fromus2eu.com and provide detailed information on the products you are interested in!

When will you start processing my order?

As soon as we have received your payment we will start processing your order. We will keep you updated every step of the way

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • You can transfer the total order amount to our Dutch ING bank account or to our Bank of America account in the United States. We will provide you with the SWIFT and BIC codes.
  • We can accept credit card payments through Google Invoices. All you have to do is follow a few easy steps to set up a Google Account and you are ready to go!
  • Paypal (extra charges may occur

Can I order myself and have the items shipped to your address?

Absolutely! You can place orders yourself from one or more websites and have them shipped to us. We will forward them to you. Please contact us before ordering large or oversized items so we can get you an estimate on international shipping to avoid unpleasant surprises. Please ship your orders to:

How long will it take before I receive my order?

It depends on the shipping carrier you choose! Delivery with UPS takes less than a week. If you are not in hurry and would like to save some money on international shipping we can send it with the United States Postal Service and delivery will be within 10 or 14 (work) days.

How will you ship my order?

We will ship your order by United States Postal Service or UPS. Depending on the customer’s wishes..

Will I be able to track my package?

Yes, you will always be able to track your package. Both the USPS and UPS are providing tracking services.

Do I still need to pay Import Taxes and Duties?

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Fromus2eu ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and unfortunately we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Please note that we CAN NOT ship your item as “gift”, “repaired item” or “commercial sample”.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order amount.

From what websites can I order?

You can order from any American website and you are not limited to the stores mentioned on our website.

Can you ship large and over sized items?

Can you assist with eBay items?

Yes, we can certainly help you with your eBay purchases if the seller does not ship internationally!

Are there any restricted items?

We cannot ship items such as: Alcoholic beverages, Perishable food items, Plants, Seeds, Tobacco, Animal products, Firearms or any gun related items or any other items that are restricted for import in your country.

Can I order from multiple websites?

Yes, you can order from 2 or more websites and we can consolidate the goods in one International shipment!

Do you only ship to Europe?

No, we will ship Worldwide! We will even ship to United States addresses if you would like to have your goods delivered at a hotel or relative.

It has been more then 2 weeks and I have not received my package, what do I need to do?

First of all, don’t worry! Your package will come. Packages sent by USPS may be delayed at customs and take a little longer to arrive. If you are concerned you can always contact us at ellen@fromus2eu.com and we will start up an investigation.

I would like to place an order but need the goods next week, can you help me?

Yes we can help, using domestic and international Express Shipping Services we should be able to get your goods to your doorstep within a week to most destinations around the world!

We are a business and we would like to ship to our customers around the world, can we partner with FROMUS2EU?
